How does the AIS Media team continually produce award-winning projects that deliver truly remarkable business results? Our "Success-Driven Process" stems from over 10 years of experience in developing a wide range of projects including interactive marketing campaigns, custom websites, complex web applications, and eCommerce storefronts. Our success-driven process has proven to deliver measurable results -- often ahead of schedule and exceeding client expectations. It's applied to all projects, large and small. Our process is designed to produce both immediate and measurable results plus long-term value. It consists of the following three primary phases:
Phase 1. Plan
AIS Media collaborates to engage clients to conduct a Needs Assessment. We listen closely and evaluate clients' business objectives, strengths, challenges and opportunities. We then study their customers' behaviors and research their key competitors. Reviewing critical data, we architect an appropriate strategy. Goals are prioritized. Deliverables are specified. Key performance indicators (KPIs) are agreed upon and the project production schedule is established.
Phase 2. Execute
In this phase, the project comes to life. Our expert development team transforms creative ideas into fully-functional, dynamic web solutions. Concepts are designed. Client assets are incorporated. Functional prototypes with graphical interfaces are developed. IT infrastructure is set up. All aspects of the project are tested through our QA (quality assurance) process. Upon client approval, the project is implemented and completed to client specifications. Upon final testing and review, the project is approved for deployment.
Phase 3. Manage
